In addition, we provide functional testing, AOI inspection, XJTAG and ATE testing:

• Functional test: Complete functional tests to customers' specification can be carried out on board level or complete assemblies.
• AOI inspection: Keeping inspection costs to a minimum, while maintaining a high level of quality.
• ATE test: Reduced testing times and lower risk of operator error.
• XJTAG: is a compliant boundary scan development system. It enables faults to be identified quickly and accurately.
