Product to Market

• 
  Project Management  - your project will be allocated a manager within G&B who will co-ordinate all aspects of the route to market and be your main point of contact.
• Documentation Control - every drawing required to manufacture your product will be recorded and issue controlled by our design department.  Two electronic versions are saved in separate locations and hard copies are created.  Each drawing is then saved as a PDF and made available for every member of staff to view at any time.  These PDF's can also be made available password protected through our web site if you would like.  Once your product is into production G&B will control the ECR and ECO procedure, anyone can raise an ECR against your product and these will all be submitted for your review if or when you decided to up issue the unit.
• PCB and Mechanical Design - G&B will provide the skills, hardware and software required to produce PCB's, assembly drawing, casings, machining drawings and cables etc.  This work can be carried out in our design bureau or at your offices working closely with your engineers.  Time will also be allocated to 'value engineer' the parts list which involves researching the parts used to ensure maximum availability.
• Purchasing -  All aspects of the purchasing can be taken on from components to machined cases.  Parts list are controlled via an MRP system which enables consolidated and 'just in time' purchasing.  We can also handle free issue or part free issue kits if you prefer.
• Prototype Production - Fast turnaround of SMT, conventional and BGA technology boards can be produced ready for approval and testing.
• Volume Production - Once you are ready to start production G&B will work closely with you to develop production -schedules.  Handling batches of 10's off to 2000 per month they can offer very competitive prices.
• Testing - Units can be supplied fully inspected and tested, G&B will work to your test specifications to ensure working product.
• Quality and Certification - Their well established Quality System is now upgraded to the requirements of the ISO 13385 Medical Devices Directive which enables G&B to manufacture and where required CE marked product on behalf of our customers. 
• After Sales Support - once product is in the field G&B can handle returns and upgrades directly if required.  They can, if you choose to have it set up, conduct a product recall if necessary and will of course be available to complete design upgrades.
