Andy is a self-motivated and able to work well within a team as well as individually. He can use a variety of design tools and is sufficiently flexible to be able to use technologies as specified by clients. He is IT confident, quick to learn new applications and design processes as required. Andy is a talented designer where PCB layout is his natural vocation. He is regarded as fast and accurate, a reputation he has built up over many years working in a bureau/contracting enviroment. He is a very popular member of the design team with his last 15 years being fully utilised on numerous projects. On many occasions customers have specifically requested Andy's further involvement in key projects.
