Outlined below is a summary of the services and skills we offer:-

Prototypes

Production of SMT, BGA,  µBGA and conventional prototypes using machine build, semi automatic build and/or hand build techniques.  We can produce a "Prototype Manufacturing Report" to validation the production data in line with FDA requirements if required.

• 5 - 6 pick and place lines
• Process validated for medical products
• Placement speeds of  up to 27,000 cph.
• Components range 01005 to 45 x 100mm
• Fine pitch BGA, µBGA, CSP Packages
• Placing accuracy at 3 sigma: 50 microns for chips 30 microns for QFP’s,
• RoHS and non RoHS processes available
• 40 manual assembly stations available for hand build and box build.
• Automated Optical Inspection

Test

We have a team of test engineers working to our customer's test specifications.  These involve, J-Tag, functional testing, soak testing, ATE and operation of bespoke customer test equipment.  Full test reports are generated and stored in accordance with your industry requirements.

• Customer returns management i.e. units are returned direct to us rather than our customer we then quote direct for re-calibrations, upgrades, repairs etc
