The programming of devices is carried out in accordance with the planned procedure and in line with the production schedule. Components that are programmed prior to assembly are brought in under one part number, scheduled for programming and re-issued to stores under a different part number. It is this part number that is then called up on the PCB assembly BOM. Programming carried out during the test phase is documented in accordance with the test procedures and issue controlled via the top level drawings list or a concession.
